Eugene A Herman
Gene's greatest interest for many years has been the use of computing in teaching and learning mathematics. The most significant result of his efforts in this area is the textbook which he coauthored with Michael Pepe and which was published by John Wiley & Sons, Visual Linear Algebra.
In recent years Gene has focused on problem solving, working on problems in the American Mathematical Monthly, the Mathematics Magazine, and the College Mathematics Journal.
