1. Do you have hotel rooms for your family?
   • Reserve Lodging for family members attending your graduation.
2. Confirm that your account balances are paid in full.
3. By April 26: Let us know who is coming!
   • Fill out the so we we can have enough seating for the ceremony and ensure there’s enough food to accommodate everyone at the Commencement Picnic.
4. By April 29: . (optional)
5. Pick up cap and gown, available after May 1 at the Pioneer Bookshop, 933 Main Street.
6. May 17, 10 a.m.: Attend mandatory commencement rehearsal at Central Campus Commencement Stage.
7. By May 20, Noon: Move out of residence halls by noon (12 p.m.)
   • Complete the residence life checklist before leaving your room.
8. By May 31: Complete your loan exit Interview. This must be completed.
   • Failure to complete loan exit interviews will make you ineligible to receive final transcripts.
