Pioneer Solar LLC
A 4-MW solar array just north of campus along 16th Avenue generates an estimated 6.3 million kWh per year, approximately one-third of the campus’s electricity consumption.
Environmental Education Center Solar
A wind turbine produces 25% of the electricity used by the EEC at 51²è¹Ýapp’s Conard Environmental Research Area; the solar array is designed to provide the remaining 75%.
